Hi all,
It happened soo un expectedely last year in November (2007) when I was driving.I was suddenly feeling tired and dizzy.I was sweating and was feeling totally exhuasted.I parked my car. I felt the floor is shaking and felt darkness in the eyes(Like how you feel if you contiuosly inhale and exhale forecfully for around 25 times!!!)...I was not feeling any rotation or spinning feeling..I could manage to reach home and then I felt like Vomitting too..But I did not vomit anything..

The second day I went a ENT Specialist. He did various tests.X Ray, Blood etc.Checked for Sinus problem too..But everything was ok. He concluded that It might me Stress related or Vertigo..I was on some Anti Histamine tablets for few weeks and I was ok after that.

After 4-5 months, same sympotoms re appreard.I was at work.I felt darkness in the eyes, loos of stability, lack of concentration, shaking surroundings etc. This time I got an MRI done and everything was perfect. In the blood test, it showed little bit of cholestrol.Rest all were fine. Again the doctor adviced for some anti histamine tablets.

healthwise i am perfectly all right..But thses symptoms comes and goes often..I am loosing my confidence..This is really affceting my job and personal life too..

Is it really stress related..Till now i never fainted or vomited due to this..This is weired feeling when it comes.>i can make out when it comes..

Do anyone else have the same symptoms???Can you help me plssss

stress? Or what?
You have Hypoglycemia. I have had it for 30 plus years. Eat no sweets and low carbs. Eat a balance diet with fresh foods. Go to a health food store and there are scads of books on the subjuct. You may be prone to panic-type attacks in the future; as stress seems to be one of Hypoglycemics trade marks. Your blood sugar gets very low, and that is why you tend to start blacking out. If you don't control your diet, you may eventually black out or even gradually slide into Diabetes. Exercise and wholsome food is the key. Yoga and or prayer will also help. Believe me, I've studied this for a long time. I'm no Doctor; but I am one who reads up and am well read on this / Good Luck. You can do it!
