hi im 21,

a few weeks ago i was at a football match and came over very weird..felt as if i was gonna pass out and felt desperate for the toilet,i was very out of breath and panicky so i left and started to walk home..

the next day i was meana of been working and woke up full of worry at the thought of being stuck on the motorway and coming over rough again and literally 'crapping myself!'..anyways i got ready for work and then had a major panic attack to the extent of being on the floor and fighting for my breath..i was really bad all day,so i went to see my GP..he sent me for bloodtests which came back fine.also gave me 2 mg Dixapam which i took that night to help me sleep.

since then it has been on and off,(not as severe) but iv just got this anxious feeling all the time.Im meana be going away next tuesday to Ibiza but the tought of getting on the plane being in Pubs/Clubs is making me feel worst!

can anyone recommend anything ?

Sounds like you almost have a fear of going places. "Agoraphobia" You might be getting anxious long before the time to go comes around. I would put that in the catagorie of anxiety. Just my opinion...........
