i wanted to write a letter to u to ask a serious question some times im sleeping in bed and all the sudden my lower left side of my stomach has teribble and sharp pains like right now its hurting very very bad i dont know if my mom should take me to the doctor or not or what to take for it so when u reply can u tell me a suggestion on what i have or if i need to go to the doctor

Unfortunately, you don't provide very many details with your inquiry, including your age, your gender, your medical history, and any other symptoms that might also be occurring. Therefore, it is really not possible for me to offer much in the way of specific advice, except to say that it is probably a good idea for you to see your family physician so that he or she can further assess this problem.
