hello! im a 19 year old female. i had been sick for 2 months with an infection of some sort, which type i dont know. i just started to feel over it, ive felt great for 3 days. but this morning, i woke up at 3 feeling weird. i got up and got some water, and went back to my bed. next thing i know, im in my bed kinda hallucinating/dreaming while im awake, and i had to tell myself i wasnt asleep, and that its a hallucination i had been having. after that i got EXTREMELY nauseaous and gasey too. i shot up and got some more water, and started shaking like crazy even though i wasnt cold. i went poop like 3 times, and started to feel better, so im starting to think it was something i ate. last night i went overboard and ate too much, more than i had been since ive been sick, and most of it was fried. i felt like i had food poisoning but condensed into 15 minutes. could it be from what i ate?

oh. well it turned out that i have anxiety problems. on top of that, i was sick for 6 months after i wrote this. i ended up having a viral infection.

it was anxiety, topped by the fact that i hadnt slept for 3 days straight before this. often when your body is exhausted it leads to hallucinations, stuff like that. as far as the pooping constantly goes, i get that sometimes from the anxiety and stress. but ive been great for the past few months. i hope you feel better too!!!

thanks for your quick reply. i had suspicions that it was anxiety and depression. i saw a psyschiatrist for a little while last year, but thought i had worked through all my problems. i think i will always be one of those emotionally intense people and will have to learn how to calm myself better. its good to hear that you're not sick with something much worse and that you're feeling much better! that gives me the confidence that i will be able to pass by these odd experiences myself. glad we could chat.
