Sudden huge red painful zits on face, and lymph nodes?

Age 18, Well about 4 days ago, it all came on suddenly, the right side of my face broke out with large red, itchy, painful pimples, at the same time I felt some swollen lymph nodes and started having a dull tooth pain. A weird combination of symptoms, I know, but they all came on the same morning. I was just wondering what the problem may be, and if I can post a couple of pictures I will.
