I drink 4 glasses of water in my empyt stomach. Do you think that this is a problem for my gout. I take blood pressure medicine once a day.

No,water cannot cause gout. If this is your first time, you need to make sure that it actually is gout. What are your symptoms?

If your blood pressure tablets contain thiaside that will give you gout.Get a different medicine
