Q: sudden feeling of euphoria

I get random moments where I'll feel euphoric, lucid, and feel sort of "out of my body". During these moments I can remember and think about nearly anything without restrictions, why does this happen?

I get these too, I've been told they could be mini "partial seizures". You need an EEG to diagnose it though.
