Hi, sorry this isn't exactly related to panic attacks but this was the closest I could find to my problem. Earlier this morning (actually only about 30 minutes ago) I was in the bathroom about to take a shower. I hadn't even turned the water on yet. I was in front of the mirror working on my shadowboxing and had maybe only thrown about 10 or 15 punches (not enough to seriously wind me) but I just felt like I was completely out of breath and the next thing I know I woke up on the ground with the lights off. The whole time I felt a struggling sensation but finally I came to my senses and realized I was lying on the ground. I managed to find the lights and noticed a big red mark on my forehead (probably wear I came down and hit the light switch). Anyway, I am quite concerned and wondering if I should be worried. I had a full 8 hours of sleep the night before and had just eaten a bowl of cereal about an hour and a half earlier, so I believe that can be ruled out. Again, my apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
