Woke up this morning fine, went to gym, bent over to stretch my hamstrings and lower back...that was fine. I walked for five min then began to jog on treadmill....within 5 seconds a sharp pain in the upper back, right of my spine, under my shoulder blade...that was @ 10:30am. It hurt(like a pulled muscle, w/sharp pain and soreness) very bad all day, with certain movements and positioning. Tonight, about 10:00pm I laid on my stomach for my wife to message the area...as I laid down I felt the pain, but by the time my wife sat on the bed to message me, less than 30 secs, the pain had completely gone away. This felt like a muscle strain or pull but I know that pain and soreness shouldn't dissappear in 12 hours. I've played sports all my life so I am familiar with muscle strains and pulls. I am 36 years old and work out five days a week. What the heck? My wife is now asking for Saint Hood for her lil miracle.

Thanks,

Malcolm
