I have been doing some research on sudden phobias and anxiety that start happening and I was interested to see that some people say its because of problems with your inner ear. I have had numerous sinus infections, and I was diagnosed with mono, relapsed with it 3 months later and my anxiety has been much worse ever since. When I relapsed my head was so plugged up I could hardly hear for 4 weeks! Just curious to see if anyone has taken medications for inner ear problems and found any success with it? My symptoms are agoraphobia, motion sickness, some vertigo and headaches...and more im sure!
