I'm new to the forum. Found out 3 weeks ago that hiatal hernia is permanent, I've done lots of research about surgery and it looks like things can be worse after surgery and the hernia can come back.
Surgery is generally reserved as a last resort for patients with large, symptomatic hiatal hernias that do not respond to medication. As with all surgeries, hiatal hernia surgery does have significant potential risks.
I would like to know, if a paraesophageal hiatal hernia is present, are there natural ways to correct it and if there is major chest pain occurring, whats the best solution for that?
