I'm a male, 14 years old, and for about half a year I had been restricting to about 400-1200 calories. I was only slightly into puberty I think. I'm only about 5'3" and my height was supposed to be 6'. Did I stunt my growth Sad

hi, I'm a girl and 15, and I think I may have done the same thing as you
I have been anorexic for about 2 years, I'm only 5'2
Since I have been attempting recovery I have grown about a cm or 2, but I'm not sure if I'm going to grow any more Sad

One of my best friends in high school was pretty severely anorexic, she was my height (5'2) and after graduation when she went into recovery she started growing. She's now 23 and 5'5. So hey- you never know. I imagine it takes a long time of seriously dedicated nutritional balance to get that kind of growth, though.
