sir as i m 20 ,my height is short,and i thnk that my height can increase upto 6 inches more..
i use height medicine but its not work rather change my body structure

Your growth plates in your bones have ossified (turned to solid bone). Unfortunately, at this age you will not grow any taller, rather your bones will grow thicker (like a tree grows thicker).
