I have had these symptoms for the last 3 weeks, i have tried various decongestants and nasal sprays but nothing seems to help. Is there anything else i can do to get some relief?

fluid leaking from ear after tooth romoved

I had a moler removed @ dental school took 1 hour used a chisel and mallet scary s**t nothing but problems since,swollen,bruised,pain,fluid leaking from ear(same side tooth removed)numbness,speach impared,its been 10 days.
