Study and depression!

hey all!
I have been teaching in a local school for few months and i observed some students who were in depression due to their result.
It was too sad to see kids in such a state. This happen mostly due to lack of co operation of parents and teachers.
You must tell students not to be depressed bcz you can not score good grade. I am sure they will be good in some other activites.
