I would like to invite you to participate in a brief survey that I am conducting as part of a research study at Montclair State University. This survey will take approximately 7 minutes to complete and is about advertising and beliefs on depression. The survey is located on surveymonkey.com with links provided below. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will be used only for the purpose of this study.
