Do you have a therapist that you see? If you do then I would definately bring this up and discuss every worry that you have no matter how wierd or embarrassing it seems. Also explain these ritualistic things you do like the sit ups. If you don't have a therapist maybe you could have a long talk with someone you trust about all of your thoughts and fears and feelings about food and your weight and the way you look and what you do to combat those feelings. You could also see your doctor and explain that even though you are better you are not recovered mentally. The worst thing to do would be to keep all your worries inside, that makes things worse and worse and can make you feel very alone. Don't be scared about how people will react because I always used to be but have realised that nobody thinks i'm as wierd as I feel that I am!! xxxxxxxxxx love Lucy
