Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Presence of a foul smell in the urine could be a sign of infection.

In case of asymptomatic Urinary infections, if untreated can result in ascending infections of the kidney. Hence you need to be examined.

You may consult with a doctor for a complete examination and a test including a urinalysis to confirm your condition.
