(never done this before, so apologizing in advance.. )

The other day after sex i noticed that i had this horrible cramping in my lower stomach... Pretty much where my ovaries are.
It very well feels like a period cramp.. But it just doesn't go away. Its been there since yesterday. Its painful to sit, stand, lay down certain ways... and its also like when i try and pee i feel a strong pain during... and it leaves me with this.. hmm..
almost feeling like i still have to pee but don't have any left feeling. The pain sort of died down a bit.. but then like FLAMED up
again after i peed.. and i am not experiencing any pains on the outside of the vagina.. but i do have a minor burning when i pee otherwise I haven't had any pain.. anywhere else... No where in my lower back.. at least that i know of. Its just all
in the front. lower stomach. Now i know the feeling of a yeast infection.. and i've never had this pain before.

Could anyone please give me any advice!

Judging from the amount of pain, especially with urination, you may have an upper urinary tract infection. You need to call your doctor right now (or talk to the physician on-call). Tell them your symptoms and they will tell you if it's okay to wait until you can come in or if you should go to urgent care.

I don't mean to scare you. You probably just need antibiotics and you will be fine. The reason I'm telling you to call now is that you don't want this to spread to your kidneys or something.

No, you would not have these symptoms with a yeast infection.

In the future, any time you have any severe pain, go to the doctor! Pain is bad! Your body is telling you there is something wrong.
