Q: Stretch mark treatments

I've hear cocoa butter and skin tightening lotions, but does anyone have any other ways of reducing the redness and look of stretch marks? I had one of those weird growth/weight spurts when I was younger, and they stretch over the top portion of my stomach now. I've been trying cocoa butter lotions and pre-pregnancy lotions but nothing seems to be working.
