Shocked It sounds like you have a lot going on! The most important thing you can do is to take care of yourself. Find some time, even if it is just a few minutes, to be alone and do something you enjoy. Whether it is take a bubble bath, read the chapter of a book or take a minute to do some deep breathing exercises. Taking care of yourself is what will keep you less stressed.

Good luck to you!

I'd suggest that you look at cutting either the work or elements of the school. Can you perhaps scale back on your classes? Can you apply for student loans so that you don't need to work at the moment? Do you have help from your family?

jack johnson
Hi,

the best ways to realx yourself is easy :

- listen to jack johnson (musicien) his songs are so cool and tranquille just the listen of a guitar can help, believe me, his lyrics and music is so relaxing

- eat dark chocolate (it is proven to be an anti-stress food)

I was normally a guy wanting to be great in class so I wouldn't get bad results, etc... in front of my parents but since I've listened to Jack Johnson, I've been much cooler around schoolwork (this doesn't mean that I don't care) it's just two months ago I was taking my A-Levels and we were allowed two weeks off school school before to study(because it was that important). I didn't really study alot and I wasn't at all stressed out, and in the end only 8 out of 24 in the class got it....and I was one of the 8.

SO WHAT YOU SHOULD DO :

- hire a baby-sittor for the baby (for at least twice a week (for evenings))
- if you work at a school then work and find the relaxing way to work (ex: just think of jokes what make you laugh, or things that make you smile(ex: look on U tube for comedy acts so you can think about their funny jokes whilst working(but not that much))
- and whilst the babysittor is looking after your 5month old (hopefully, somewhere else than your house), try and realx by laying on the couch, drinking a bit of red wine and watching your favourite tv series (Friends is a very good choice to watch something because it is proven to make us relax and laugh of what the characters are doing...especially Chandler)

At noon, if your baby is at a creche, try and eat outside in a park underneath the warm sun, and think about your memories (it is good aswell to think about good memories to try and reflect on who we are and where our path wil go)

(I went to the doctors recently, and I was surprised to know that my blood pressure was not at all high, it was low so I'm not a stressful guy, and that's why I suppose it was when I listened to Jack Johnson and other cool music)

Ps: try and treat yourself to an ice-cream of a present from time to time....and don't forget whilst buying yourself a little treat that you deserve it!

Bye!
