So what is everyone's way to get rid of stress? Yoga usually helps me. At work I go to this site called (link removed) to meditate online when I start to feel the anxiety kick in. Pretty convenient! What is everyone's personal way of relieving tension?

look at stars... when you sit back and just gaze up its very peaceful and it calms me quickly... the only problem is that they are only out at night...

I also use self hypnosis to calm my panic attacks... once im in my trance i just imagine all the tension and symptoms going away flowing out of my body... a good way is to imagine your arms are faucets draining all your problems out.... that is if you know how to practice self hypnosis... I have found that absolutely nothing works better then some self hypnosis
