I always thought I inherited it from my father. He's always been angry.. and still throws temper-tantrums from time to time (he likes attention). But I get to the point where I feel like doing something completely irrational. I never have before, but I think about violent things that could happen to the other person. It sets me off when I hear something as little as a smart comment. I get a sinking feeling in my heart or lungs, and either yell, be completely silent, or when it's that bad I throw things. I punched a friend in the face for whining about a "what if" thing that would never happen. Usually it's things like traffic, comments, judgmental people, and people not playing by the rules. If I stop to breathe or relax, I don't - my mind just starts festering more and more negative thoughts. I can't help it though, I just automatically think the worst of everything for some reason... and it's my honest first thought. I wish that could change. covereyes

your friend probably deserved that punch in the face...haha just kidding.

seems like you got a lot of built up steam. you should try venting your anger, maybe take up some boxing or something.

i have a pet peeve of people repeating themselves incessantly, like repeating the same question after being answered(i turn into the hulk when this happens)or when someone tells me to do something more than once, i feel like a volcano about to erupt. the way i deal with it is to ignore it and/or say/think "fawk it, i'm going live"
if you've seen the video of bill o'reilly from the 80's/90's floating around on the internets, then you know where i got this from.

either way we are all human and have human traits. hope this helped at all. by the way i am by no means a doctor of any sort. so yeah.

I hate when people repeat themselves too!! That's hilarious. And I love your username lol. It did help, really. Logic & humor is a total mood raiser for me. Takes my mind off it too. Thanks so much. I like your personality.
