hello and sorry to hear you are having family problems.
i think your were making yourself sick to be rid of all the bad feelings you are feeling inside hoping it would make you feel better. as to why you are still being sick i strongly suggest you talk to someone and maybe it will stop.
we are here to listen and give you support so try and tell us how your parents are affecting you and are they aware that this is happening?
all parents argue sweetheart but as parents they can forget walls have ears and its their children who pick up on it.
don,t be alone or stressed out post a message anytime.

That is an excellent observation that you have made. Stress is the cause of most disease..

When we find healthy ways of releasing stress and re-aligning ourselves with our environment many of our physical ailments just disappear.

Sometimes just by talking about our problems with people we trust, the problems don't seem to be as overwhelming...

I would encourage you to continue to express your feelings to someone you trust.

BTW - Don't worry, everyone has a hard time around parents, no matter how much we love them. Smile

my ex of 5 years hurt me so bad. after him, i feel over sensitive as if im an apple, and he striped my protective shield off, now every time i have a stressful problem i get panic attacks. they last for a few seconds, my positive thinking stops it.
my body can talk but so much.
