Extremely eHealthy
Here is something to think about. First of all, in the original forum "Stress and Anxiety, look at the number of post in this forum. Let's break this down and find some reasons this illness has become more and more notable.
Our world today has become so unstable in so many ways. Years ago things seemed so happy and life was a real forfilling reality. We had fun, friends even to the point of knowing most of our neighbors by name. We would work during the week, come home and spend quality time with our families. On weekends we would go away on a camping trip or go see grandma and grandpa even as far as another state away. How many of us have seen any of the monuments? Our lives seemed so carefree then. What has happened here?
First and upmost, we don't have the money to do these things. We come home from work in such a bad mood from being overwork due to the lack of employee vs production it is unreal. So, instead of quality time with our families, it's easier to fight and argue what we can fine for dinner.
We are now lucky enough to go out to a local fast food place to a weekend on the town. And make sure it's only a few blocks away. Gas is way to high to go any further and we have to save it for the stressful job we have that get us to that fast food place every weekend.
Clothes. That is another major issue. How much we have to pay to look good for that stressful job that only pays enough for a tank top.
Living conditions: House payments are to the point of being unafordable and forcloslures are sky high. Now would be the time to put our money into buying and selling. You could make a fortune.
Without being long winded and making this sound like a grip session, I will end here. But, there is so much more to this.
So why do we wonder why Stress and Anxiety is so profound? You tell me.

Welcome to reality!

you're right, been thinking this for ages, but the only route I can envisage for change is ditching the socio economic systems we have - i'm not a communist by any means but I'm not pro capitalism either, it relies on having an economic underclass of 'worker bees', while a growing minority enjoy a trickle up effect. Maybe capitalism just needs tweaking... There has to be a better way than what we have at the moment... any ideas?

thank you. What you are experiencing now was my whole life in the nineties. There was always despairity. Maybe you just didn't know it. I think that standards of living should have a minimum but what I went through and what you are going through is completely unacceptable. Tonight I didn't sleep at all from thinking about that. It's funny I wish people knew where to draw the line. I don't care where they come from or how old they are but the despairity gap has got to go. Lets talk to our government. I had two friends kill themselves. Really close to eachother because they were so depressed in this world. Its redic. I wish you the best.
