Q: Strangled feeling

For quite some time now, Ive been having weird feelings in my throat. At first it felt as though something was stuck in it and now it feels like im being strangled. The thing is, I can eat fine and I can breath fine. I feel comfortable and normal when I go to bed and when I wake up. At least 4 hours after being awake, I'll have that feeling. I also dont have the feeling if I'm walking or being active; it's only when I'm sitting around doing nothing. I thought it may be oral cancer. I hope I'm wrong!

oral cancer
usually you'll get white patches with oral cancer, get it checked, but my bet is its anxiety. I have a similar problem , but also difficulty breathing.Do a search on "globus" (a lump sensation in the throat).
