It started sometime back around February, and it shows no signs of going away.

It happened overnight. I noticed it one day after my shower when I lifted my arms to apply my Dry Idea. It appeared more of a rash then, a redness not in my armpits but on the inside of each arm and lat muscle where the two meet.

Some time later, I noticed the bumps spreading out from these areas: small flesh colored bumps with either a smaller pit or a slit through the center. These bumps grow in tight clusters, grouping around my biceps, and spreading out to sporadic singular bumps across my mid-section and back. There are smaller, singular groupings of these bump on one forearm and wrist, and on the inside of the upper portion of both calf muscles.

There is no itching or any associated discomfort. The redness under my arms and along the flank has since taken on a more fleshy tone, but is obvious as the center point from which all the bumps originate (these areas are essentially massed grouping of bumps. They are most noticeable in the right lighting, when the shadowing makes them more pronounced.

I've also noticed that they become more apparent (and redder) when I work out, as if the increased blood flow has some effect on the disorder.

Is this the harbinger of some fatal disease, or might this all go away one day as quickly as it appeared?

If it was itchy I would say that you are probably allergic to something you are using like your soap or shampoo but it does sound very strange. I would have a dermatologist take a look at it. It's been going on for too many months.
