hello you don,t mention your age as sometimes sign of hormonal in menopause? only other advise i can give is wait and see if your next period arrives and if late take pregnancy test. you mentioned it started brown then was regular but only lasted two days and not full 5/6 days so still to early to tell if pregnancy is possible.
