strange tongue

Hello. I have weird tongue for a while and its really making me nervous. I'm afraid its some sort of Std but first I would like your opinions and advices .

For the records, I'm 23 yo male, my height is 1.85 and weight 130 kg I'm usally healthy . I'm sexsual activity but only with condoms, I hope that's Enough details, if not, feel free to ask .I appriciate your help, thanks.
