Ok... So I'm pregnant! I'm right around 8 weeks. I was pregnant before about 4 years ago and I'm noticing a lot of the same signs and symptoms that I had before, but I don't know if they are normal and I just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same things, if anyone has any advice for dealing with this and just some input
Ok... so Instead of Morning Sickness, I have night sickness. I had a little spat with the Morning Sickness, but then started eating saltines before I even got out of bed, which stopped that all-together. Now, I have night sickness. I rarely throw up, but I will just start feeling SO SO SO sick and SO weak. I'll get burning-up hot to the touch where I feel like I'm on fire and don't even want to stand up. Also accompanied by nausea. I'm one of those people who can't STAND throwing up, so I do EVERYTHING possible not to. I'm beginning to wonder if sometimes I should just let myself throw-up so that I may feel better instead of holding it in for so long that I just STAY sick. It's normally around 6-8 PM and last all through the night. I just wind up going to sleep feeling bad, and sometimes waking up at odd hours of the night, hot and sweaty, feeling sick, but then fall back asleep within a few minutes. I know a lot of this could have something to do with my eating habits, but when I don't feel good, the last thing I want anything to do with is food, so it makes it VERY hard to eat. I also know when I get an empty stomach, I start to feel bad, but like I said, eating is the last thing on my mind when I don't feel well. ANY ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! Please!
The next thing, I will get these hot flashes... but they aren't full-body hot flashes. It's only in my face. My face will turn a very flushed, red and be hot and hot to the touch, but the rest of my body will be completely cool and normal. I've heard about hot flashes, but not just facial hot-flashes. Just wondering if that was a normal thing and what causes it?
I also sometimes find it difficult to catch my breath. Not that I'll be wheezing or gasping for air, but occasionally, I'll just need to take a couple deep breaths until I feel like I've caught my breath. It doesn't happen for any particular reason because I can be sitting down at my desk, working, completely relaxed, and it will just happen. It's not a scary thing because as I said, I don't feel like I can't breathe, but it's just a odd thing where I feel like I need to take one or a few GOOD deep breaths. Just wondering if I was the only one with that symptom/sign and what may cause that.
