I have been having this issue for a few weeks. I am experiencing pain on the right side of my abdomen that is sharp. And everything I have a bowel movement the stool and loose and mucsey but there is always this left over dry residue that is a sandy, gritty texture. It is very annoying.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. These are bowel discomfort. Add more fiber and fluids to the diet and reduce dairy products intake, symptoms will subside. Take some antispasmodics for the pain.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
