It looks like a simple sore but
it does not disappear for a long time.
It itches and burns.
Somebody told me, what he thinks it something sexual
but he could not remember the name of the sore.

Does somebody know, what it is?

I think it can be a cold sore.

I think it can be a cold sore.
If yes, it's very bad sore, because usually it's for a very long period,
I am not sore but maybe even for all life.
You said "It itches and burns", this two are the symptoms.
