Strange post-ejaculation burning

I am a healthy 18 year old male, around 170 pounds and 5'11. Here are my symptoms.

Penis root, shaft and head burning, somewhat of an all around dull painful burn of genital area, minus the testes, non specific
Urge to urinate which sometimes can be very painful
Urethra is sore/painful when squeezed post masturbation, whereas pre masturbation it is not
Burning lasts anywhere from 10-30 minutes and occurs almost every time, even if I have not masturbated for days due to the pain
Occurs laying or sitting
Never had sex, not an STD
