8 days ago I had a small operation on my hand which required 10 stitches. Yesterday I started to get a strange pain in my left knee and right ankle and they had stiffened up by last night. This morning they are so stiff it is painful to walk.
I usually exercise a lot everyday including lots of cardio, weight and pilates, I also walk my dog for and hour twice a day. Since the operation I have literally not even walked, could it be because my legs are used to so much exercise that they are now stiffening up from having no exercse?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
