Ok people. Im new here. I wanted to post here before I do any thing about this. I live in Britain by the way.

Ok on to the subject of matter. Just recently Ive been off ill, and for some reason I've had a sudden increase in this strange heart beat. Now as we know most of the time we cant feel our hearts beat unless we place our hand on our chest.

Now I will feel it beat oddly from my chest for 1 or two beats, before it will go back down to normal. Its been happening alot since ive been ill. Normally it would happen once in a blue moon. I dont know what it is. Could be skipping a beat I dont know. Thats best As I can really describe it.

Can any one give me an opinion on it? well be great advice. Thank you Smile

do you get a fluttering on your chest or is it skipping beats? for example it can miss the third beat of a series of four beats. That is called ectopic beat, and mostly harmless. Anyone can experience that. What matters is do you get any pain or ache when that happens? Like headache, dizziness or loss of balance. Ectopic beats happen to anxiety patients like me a lot. Most probably it will be nothing fearful and you should not pay attention to it. Because as you keep an eye for it more, the more it will happen. So you might want to forget it already Smile
