I have a strange headache. It feels like a sinus headache, the front of my head, on the right side, is throbbing and is accompanied by congestion. But the thing is, if I tilt my head to the left, the pain slowly moves to the left side of my head. The same happens when I tilt my head back, the pain somehow moves to the back of my head. And when I say move, I mean I can actually feel the pain moving around. The pain kind of feels like water slowly moving around in my head. That's the best way I can describe it. Is that normal for a sinus headache?

No one knows, huh? Too bad, while the pain was intense the feeling of it moving around was interesting, it would have been nice to know how that was even possible.
