When I cuddle with my girlfriend, I sometimes get erect and ejaculate in my pants. Not stimulation occurs. Why is this?

Are you referring to precum which is very normal.
Precum lubricates the head during sexual activity
but before the actual sperm.
No physical stimulus needs to occur for precum.
