I have always been a morning person. About 10 months ago, I began becoming "allergic" to early mornings. Every morning, I'd throw up like I had morning sickness. (no chance of pregnancy). I would get dizzy and shakey also. My doctor told me to simply wake up more slowly, and attributed it to menopause, anxiety, nerves, etc.

(I still get sick in the morning, nothing really helps) About three or so months ago, i started having major hot flashes again, and figured I needed to up my Permarin dosage. I called my doctor, and told her that these hotflashes were "different" from the previous ones before meds. She said "get more sleep, and cut out stress". okay.

4-5 weeks ago, I got sick one night all of a sudden. Hot and cold came over me, I got extremely dizzy, and began throwing up. Diahhrea started that night. I attributed it to a virus and went to bed for the weekend. Ever since then, I have had daily diahhrrea, nausea, sharp back pains that come and gow like labor pains, and my bowel movements come many many times a day. The last three days, they have been green mucous, whereas before they alternated in color from ligt grey, to orange. I have lost over 20 lbs in 3 -4 weeks. I feel okay enough when I am not going to the bathroom. I have felt like a "metal cylinder trashcan that has been stuffed full" whether I have eaten or not. I was havingn pain directly under my solar plexus for many daays, but now it just feels numb. Even if I haven't eaten for hours, my stomach does NOT growl, ever, anymore.

I have a Dr. appt. on APril 14th, but I KNOW what they will do for me. NOTHING. I am a military wife, and I swear they attribute EVERYTHING to deployments. It is not nerves. And I am reluctant to even go to theh Dr. because of the frustration I experience when I leave there. UGH. Please advise!!! Thank you.

I feel ya there on the military care system. I finally went to the ER out in town versus the MTF (Military Treatment Facility, for those who are not familiar with Armed Forces lingo Razz )because I was having photophobia (severe pain in the eyes caused by bright lights, also my eyes were very painful and dry). The MTF said I just wanted my husband home (funny thing is, they asked me if I wanted them to call hubby's command and see if he could come home, I adamantly stated no, they called anyway. My husband almost got into trouble, until I proved that I told them I was okay, that my eyes just incredibly hurt, and that hubby could stay out. I was able to prove that there WAS something wrong with me too. I actually called the administrator at the hospital (Naval Hospital Bremerton)and told him how the doctor treated me and he said it was wrong. My two very young children were there with me and since it took almost 4 hours to be seen, they were both naturally riled up and it made it harder.)So long story short (or maybe not), I ended up leaving the MTF without anything but a diagnosis of a corneal scratch, my husband caught a flight to San Diego to reattach with his command, I got a girlfriend to drive me to the ER in Silverdale, they actually diagnosed me with, for the life of me, I cannot actually remember the clinical term, keritin-something. Anyway its photophobia, corneal scratching, dry eyes, and extreme eye discomfort due to being on birth control while wearing contacts. It doesn't normally affect as many women anymore, but since I do have connective tissue disorders, I may have been at higher risk. Needless to say, I dropped the birth control in favor of the contact lenses. (I have a tubal ligation, the birth control was to regulate my periods in hopes of making them shorter and less painful)
You might want to seek the local ER for civilians as they will listen to you, if you cannot get a diagnosis at your next doctor's appointment.
