I have a strained Gluteus maximus tendon. Its been 4 years since the initial injury, and 2 years since ive strained it further. I just started physical therapy a little over 2 weeks ago. How long should this take to heal?

And for the record, i strained it while holding a bowel movement and flexing my groin at the same time. I did that several times after the initial injury. This is probably while its stuck around so long lol ;p. Anyways, how long should this take to heal?
