Q: Strained eyes

Dear friends / doctors,

Recently, i had some problems with my eyes.
I feel very strainful whenever i see light colors or bright colors.
i dunno what have gone wrong with my eyes.
I also changed my specs because i experience this but then well, it isn't get any better.
Any advise?
