I been doing kegel exercises, but i cant tell if im doing them right or not beacuse im able to hold the muscle for a long time even when im doing some activities. Im also pulling out during intercourse when i feel im going come and wrap my thumb and forefinger around the base of the penis to try to stop ejaculating, but i cant seem to stop it all. I been doing this for about a month now, with no improvement. after all this i still ejaculate with in SECONDS of penetration. i guess wat im really wondering if i have a medical problem or if its all in my HEAD!!! This is VERY frustrating for me beacuse i cant satisfy myself or partner...

If you want to slow pre-premature ejaculation down you need to promote a higher serotonin level naturally. I don't recommend doing this with SSRI drugs. This is not a cure but will help you to last longer. You could try 5-HTP, L-tryptophan or St. Johns Wort. You will find that Kegels only exacerbate premature ejaculation to make it worse, in my opinion its a worthless time wasting excercise. There is another pelvic floor excercise that you can do by breathing through your nose and contracting your anus instead of the pc muscle that will be more beneficial in overcomming PE but it can take up to 6 months to see results. Some men have premature ejaculation because they don't have a good Testosterone/E2 ratio. Ideal E2 levels are between 20-32 pg/mL.
