hello and wecome. speak to your doctor there is a medication that can be prescribed. my daughter used it when she went to teneriffe.
it does have nausea side affects but my daughter didn,t experience any. its one of the side affects mentioned on the leaflet how to take it. happy holiday hope this helps you.
