Q: Stopping epilepsy meds

i am writing this for my daughter she is 12 years old my daughter had epilepsy. she took tegretal tab three years. i stoped after three years without doctors advice.
Her symptom was only headache that time she will hang her head silently now she is ok not coming headache. so we stopped that tab. i am requessting your valuable advice.

Stopping epilepsy meds

If no seizures (or other epileptic fits)relapse - then no problems.
How long ago you stopped the tabs ?
And why whithout doctors advise ?
