Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
After stopping on Cilest, your normal fertility can return anytime between 1 month to 1 year’s time. Few women are known to get pregnant within few months of coming off it. It all depends on how fast your body gets reset to normal hormonal pattern resulting in ovulation (egg release from ovary). If you are not able to get your usual periods within 3 months of stopping the pills or get pregnant in next 6 months time, then consider getting examination and hormonal check done with your gynecologist.
Take care.
