i was usin the oral pill cerazette for approx 9 month came off it in march, how long does that pill take before its completely out of your system? ttc for 7 month now nd still nothing. thanks for all replies x

PureBK, As soon as your regular menstrual cycle comes back it means that it is out of your system and your body adjusted to its own hormones again. This time is different for different women and your body should be fully functional again after about 3 or 4 months at the latest.

thanks susan, most appreciated.. i had thort it was about that i barely had anythin 4 the 1st 4 month its only recently showin signs ov normality..in october it was 29 days nd then bled for 5 days nd this month it was only 25 days..so still no look so far Sad as my lil friends are bac again lol... is this whats classed as a normal healthy cycle? thanks again 4 ur reply xx

Yes, I think it is a pretty normal cycle. Cycles between 22 and 35 days are considered normal and as long as your shortest cycle is not more than 9 days shorter than your longest, it is considered regular

i had a baby 6 months ago and have been on the cerazette for the last 3 months... i am wanting to come off the pill as me and my husband are wanting to try for another baby...
how long after stopping the cerazette did you have a period? just with christmas coming i'd rather not have a heavy period around this time....
