I wasn't able to get to the Gyno before my last pack of pills finished. Because of this, I had to be off of birth control for about a month. I started my new pack of pills 4 days ago. I know that when you FIRST start birth control, you need to wait 7 days before having sex without a back up method. Does this rule apply if you had previously (and recently) been on birth contol?
