I am 5 weeks pregnant. I started taking cytotec on sunday (5/20) I had severe cramping, but very little bleeding. I did pass several small clots that night. In the morning, I woke up to a semi-soaked pad. A couple of hours later, the pad was not full, but still had some blood. I haven't had anymore bleeding after that. I tried another dose of the medication, but nothing happened. I went to the ER to have an ultra sound done. The technician told me that she didn't see anything "identifiable", however, the dr. said that the sac was measuring 5 weeks. But she did not say if there was anything in the sac, just that I should really see my specialist/ob gyn. I saw him today, but no ultrasound was done, just a pelvic exam. Since I am no longer bleeding, I was wondering if the pills did work. If they did, why would there still be a sac. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My girl friend has a similar condition. She used 2 tablets of Cytotec vaginally initially and another 2 after 2 hours. Bleeding started, was a little heavy in the beginning but then it stopped. Now she has pain around her vagina. Any one out there who can advise?

yes same case here i almost got 18 tablets coz the first time i used 10 i just bleed 1 day then stop then i repat then used 8 and nothing happen even small drop of bloods nothing thats why now im confused im here in the country that pregnancy to lady that not married is not allowed i cant even go yto hospital for check up coz if they find out they will bring me in police and sure put in jail what will i do i really dont know what will i do im just 5 weeks pregnant before i take cytotec i make pregnancy test may be 8 times its all possitive result please anyone can help me i dont want put in jail but icant go philippines my employer will not allow me..

ME TOO. yesterday i take 3 cytotecs. 1 orally and 2 vaginally..i had painful cramps then i bleed after 5 or 4hours.. at first it was heavy, i got diarrhea, when i go to the CR and go to poop, there's a big bloodclot fell into my vagina..then i dont know if it was the fetus or just a bloodclot..
I didnt sleep the whole night bcus of cramps and pelvic pains, then i get dizzy sometimes.. but wheh morning rises, after 1 day, my bleeding became lighter until it stopped.. i was shocked, i don't know if my abortion is succesful? my bleeding didnt get back until now, even i jump and jump and i go jogging..it really not bled.. can anyone help me? i dnt know if my abortion is succesful.. pls reply

period reduced after 12 hours of taking misprostol
2 days ago i had taken mifepristone.last night at 10pm i took misoprostol after.. i started bleeding at 12am n continued till 2.30 am.but later my period had reduced..n also i did not experience any cramps as such ,just little abdominal pain..and also a white mass passed last night at 2.30am..and inside it, was a tiny thing which was the size of a sesmi seed which was red in colour..could it be that the white mass that passed was the sac which was supposed to pass? plzz HELP me as i'm just 17 and i dont want to tell my parents Sad
