Hi everyone, I had my period june 19th and started my first pack of birth control that sunday (june 21st). My body was having a really bad reaction to them, so I stopped them a week later. I very very lightly spotted (no need for panty liner) for two days. I am assuming that was just withdrawal bleeding, but my question is....when should I expect my real period again? Its been 31 days since my last "real" period on june 19th. Should I be counting from that day... or from the days I spotted? The days I spotted was virtually nothing. If I wouldn't have looked at the toilet paper, I would have never known. Im worried though because I have had unprotected sex with my fiance several times since coming off b.c. I also know that your hormones are completely a mess after b.c, but I only took it for a week.... My breasts feel huge and super hard and I have this fatigue that will not go away. I have also been getting weird random cramps in my stomach (which I never get). I only cramp on my period for the first day.
