my problem all started when i did a colonics and the lady working there gave me some pills that would help clean my colon. she told me to take it 3x a day. i did and soon after i became very nauseous. a week after taking them i started to cough up white phlegm. i stopped taking the pills of course but that did not help. my stomach became very sensitive everyday for 1 week i would cough up yellow looking phlegm and anything i ate i would throw up. slowly im getting better but after 3 weeks i saw blood mixed with my poop, it looked orange. im really concerned i need help.

Cough with expelling white-yellow phlegm is probably due to some respiratory infection. It doesn't seems likely that purgative pills can cause respiratory infection. That's why quiting the pills didn't help. I believe that your respiratory problems (coughing white-yelow phlegm) and your digestive problems (sensitive stomach and blood in the stool) are not connected anyway.
Why did you perform colonoscopy? What were the results?
Did you make occult blood test to confirm blood in the stool?
