Q: stomach ulcer?

can anyone tell me if they had a yellow coating on tongue with stomach ulcers and a bitter taste in mouth?and if it caused a lot of weightloss . i have endoscopy done next friday but im a bit scared if it is something else .i also get a burning sensation in both my shoulder blades and middle upper back.ive had ultrasound for gallbladder that was ok.the taste in mouth is worse after eating and the sensations in back and shoulder blades.

Is your tounge the only place that is yellow? The ultra sound will help them determain a location of whatever it is that could be wrong. Don't count your chickens and worry so much before hand. Are you on any antibiotics right now. They are know to do that. Especially, Keflex, Levequine and Emycin. Wait and worry later if you have to. Let us know how you make out OK?

yes its only my tongue that is yellow coated. i cant wait to have endoscopy done then i might know what is causing this.i am not on antibiotics . i was in november for helicobacter pylori .

Well, I would see an ENT, almost sound like "Thrush" but, thrush is more of a whitest color. Although, yours may have taken a tinge of yellow into it. I would think yes, any of your above symtoms could possbilly go with stomach ulcers.
